How long does custom promotional merchandise take?

Production times vary depending on the product and decoration method. Locally produced promotional products can be available in as little as 24 hours with our express service, while standard local production generally takes up to 10–15 working days.

Indent and fully custom products can take approximately 3–12 weeks.

Do you provide an artwork mock-up before production?

Yes. We always provide an artwork mock-up for approval before production begins. We will not proceed with production until you're happy with how your branded product looks and have approved the artwork.

What artwork files do I need to provide?

Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, SVG or vector PDF files is preferred for custom branding.

If you only have a PNG or JPEG, contact us. Our graphic artist can redraw your logo into the required format if necessary. Depending on the complexity of the artwork, an artwork fee may apply.

Can you match Pantone or PMS colours?

Yes. We can match Pantone (PMS) colours for applicable decoration methods, helping maintain consistency with your organisation's brand colours.

Do you offer express promotional products?

Yes. We offer a range of express promotional products with production available in approximately 24–48 hours. Express availability varies depending on the product, quantity and decoration requirements.

Yes. Campbell ID offers a 5% discount to not-for-profit organisations, with no questions asked.
