The Custom Anywhere Resistance Fitness Set is a complete portable workout kit designed for home, travel and everyday fitness. With three 2 metre resistance bands in different strengths, padded handles, a door anchor and exercise guide, it provides a versatile setup for a wide range of strength and resistance exercises.
Three Resistance Levels
The set includes three colour-coded TPE resistance bands to suit different exercises and fitness levels. Yellow provides 2.5 to 7kg of resistance, Red provides 7 to 16kg, and Black provides 11 to 29kg.
2 Metre TPE Resistance Bands
Each band measures 2 metres long and is made from TPE, providing flexibility for a broad range of resistance-based exercises.
Foam Padded Handles
Two foam padded handles are included for a comfortable grip. Steel snap hooks allow the handles to be attached and changed between bands as required.
Door Anchor Included
The included door anchor expands the range of exercises available and allows the set to be used in a variety of indoor spaces.
