The Custom Printed Large Carton Box is a heavy-duty packaging solution designed for shipping, storage, fulfilment and product distribution. Measuring 60 × 40 × 40 cm, it features a strong B-flute and C-flute double-wall corrugated construction with a natural cardboard finish and full-colour custom printing across the exterior.
Double-Wall Corrugated Construction
The box uses a B-flute and C-flute double-wall structure to provide added strength and protection for larger or bulkier items during storage, handling and transport.
Multi-Layer Board Structure
Construction consists of a 150gsm outer liner, 120gsm B-flute, 90gsm paper card, 140gsm C-flute and 150gsm inner liner, creating a substantial multi-layer carton suitable for shipping and distribution applications.
